This photo was taken just before sunrise on Lanikai Beach when there was no wind and almost no waves and there were clear ripples underneath the water. This condition does not happen often and if you look closely at the sky you will see Orion right above the two mokulua islands. This night was was also the night of the super full moon which added to the brightness of the overall scene that morning.
