This photo was taken in the early morning hours when the clouds were just starting to roll in. Normally the two Peaks of Pu'u Konahuanui are covered in clouds, but on this day both peaks were very visible. Pu'u Konahuanui is the highest point of the Ko'olau mountain range. The second peak tops out at 3,105 feet and the highest peak reaches 3,150 Feet. These mountains are typically very difficult to photograph well because the clouds and haze that comes along with it usually cover up the details of this beautiful mountain range.
